Leona Bratz is Of Counsel to LeGros Buchanan & Paul, joining the Firm in November 2015. During her career, Leona has represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal cases, emphasizing landlord/tenant litigation, personal injury litigation, general civil litigation and workers’ compensation. Immediately prior to joining LeGros, she served nine years as the Managing Attorney for Snohomish County Legal Services’ Housing Justice Project. Leona is also a Settlement Guardian ad Litem in King County and Snohomish County. At LeGros Buchanan & Paul, Leona is engaged in various aspects of the litigation and transactional components of the Firm’s practice.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Leona obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (summa cum laude) from Seattle University in 1983. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1986.
She is admitted to practice in the State of Washington (1986) and the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Washington.
Leona is a member of the Skagit County and Snohomish County Bar Associations. She volunteers as a pro bono attorney with the Housing Justice Project in Skagit County and Snohomish County, and she is also on the Board of Directors of the Anacortes Family Center, a homeless shelter.
