Shaun Campbell is an attorney at the Firm. He maintains a general civil litigation practice, including personal injury, construction disputes, commercial and contract litigation, premises liability, maritime law, and other insurance-related matters. He represents insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals in state and federal courts and has represented clients through all stages of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Prior to joining the Firm, Shaun was also engaged in civil litigation with a Seattle-area law firm, where his practice focused primarily on insurance defense. He also previously worked as an attorney for a national insurance carrier, representing its insureds in civil litigation, and earlier in his career practiced creditors’ rights, representing banking and financial institutions.

Shaun received his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law (2011). He received his undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Speech Communication from the University of Utah (2007).

He is admitted to practice in Washington and before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. Shaun serves on the Board of Trustees for Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, and outside of his practice, he enjoys traveling, exploring Seattle’s arts, food, and cultural scene, and cheering on the Seattle Mariners.
